We do our best to ship within 1-2 business days from receipt of order, but due to order volume we sometimes take 3-5 business days.

What is the difference between Premium & Signature tees?
Our signature cut tees are identical to the ones we have been using since our inception, a lightweight poly/cotton blend tee with slight tapper on the arms - true to size yet slightly athletic fit.
Our premium cut tee is a much heavier 7.0+ combed ringspun cotton tee, with the popular box cut arms (oversized arms) and slightly shorter length. It is true to size yet slightly baggy.

Make sure you include your order # and instructions on what you would like for us to do (ie: exchange for size, defective item, or refund). Please note all returns should be in original packaging or safe packaging, no returns that arrive used or without proper packaging will be accepted, we need the item in "like new" condition.
We do not currently offer returns to overseas customers. Most countries have had little to no issues with delivery, although it can take up to 4-12 weeks to receive. You can purchase the insured version in which you can file a claim with DHL or UPS should the shipment not make it.
